Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch your items within 1 working day. You will receive a disaptch email to confirm your item is on it’s way.

All items are sent either by Royal Mail or courier.

Returning your item

Here’s the deal – we want you to be happy with your new purchase. If it’s not right for you please let us know within 14 days and return it for a refund, we will not pay the return postage! The item needs to be in the same condition as it was sent.

Are there any items I can’t return?

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept the following items back for refund/exchange:

  • Ladies Underwear knickers/thongs
  • Mens Underwear

What if my item is faulty?

Please let us know within 14 days and send it back and we will issue a full refund, including your return postage. If the item has been worn but is still within the 14 days please send the item back and we will issue a refund, we will not pay the return postage on items that have been worn and therefore not fit for resale.
